WebGL: Save/Load game.

Is it recommended to use Save/Load game functionality (as in the main game Menu) with WebGL? It seems to work fine with Firefox. I was even able to load a saved game after clearing the browser history.

I guess WebGL is not officially supported yet, so could you tell me if there are any pitfalls in using Save/Load game?

  • In my experience, the current pitfalls of WebGL are more in the higher graphical options.  My own testing has found everything OK with WebGL, but let me know if you find any issues.
  • I was concerned that Save/Load game may not work because the data would be stored in the browser.

    As far as graphics, most things seems to work except that some colors look odd and the shadows are blocky. I understand this is due to the current WebGL limitations, not the AC.
