Animated Cursor squeezed

When I use animated cursor it appears to be right left squeezed.
I use 468*366 sheet sprite(atlas), does this mean AC automatically stretches to to 468*468?

Yeah, it looks like this is the case. Had to add borders and re-montage the spritesheet to 468*468.
