request: separate audio mixer per scene

I started working with audio mixers because i keep a few layers of music and i wanted to control them with snapshots.

It would make a lot more sense to have a separate mixer per scene than one for the entire game.

I think having mixers as a per-scene option would be too limiting for those who want fine control.

Aside from using snapshots to change how they behave (placed in an OnStart cutscene), it'd be trivial to write a custom Action that changes the asset file reference instead:

AC.KickStarter.settingsManager.musicMixerGroup = myNewMixer;
