Toggle breakpoint in AC does not change color

After I dl Unity 5,3.1 when I try to Toggle breakpoint it sets it but does not change the color which means it is invisible and you can only find it if you turn the console on and see which breakpoint is being used.

This issue, as much as I can tell, is actually an issue with Unity.  I'm on the lookout for a workaround, but it may have to be a case of waiting for Unity to fix the issue themselves.
