Loop Speech

Hi there, I'm sorry if this is a super simple thing, I just can't get it to work after jumping back into Adventure Creator.

I want to have an NPC loop through some lines, until the player interacts with them. Right now I have it set up as a Dialogue:Play Speech action, which is linked to another of the same kind. When I play the game only the last action is played, ignoring all those before. After running is set to skip or continue, they both have the same effect.

  • Are you using the ActionList Editor window to build your Actions?  If not, open it up by clicking "ActionList Editor" in the Inspector.  Then click "Auto-arrange" at the top, and you'll be able to see clearly the order in which your Actions are played.  Then if things still don't make sense, you can post a screenshot of the full window so we can see what's what.
