2d First Person game like Website

Hi,

I want to make a first person adventure  with an orthographic camera. The feeling should be like browsing in the Internet or reading a Document .

I only need direct horizontal and vertical movement like touch-dragging or scrolling on a website.

I made some tests but cannot achieve this.

Is there a good way to achieve this? I'm a bit clueless...

Any help is appreciated, thank you very very much

I would think Unity's new UI system would be a good fit for that - you can create scrolbars, resizable windows etc using it.
