Camera does not follow player - something i'm missing?

I have a big scene that expands left and right by some distance, and at a certain point a trigger switched the camera to a more zoomed in camera. However, my second camera does not follow the player, but is set to the exact same scripts and attributes as the original camera as it is a copy, and is just a bit more zoomed in. Any ideas on why this is happening?

  • It should work, in principle.  Is it's position the same as the first when the game isn't running?

    All cameras will move during gameplay, even those that aren't active.  Check that it's moving when the first is active by selecting it in the Scene window.
  • Thanks, this works, I had positioned the second zoomed camera by the trigger, after moving it back to starting position it now works
