I've created prefabs for a couple of types of lamps and have placed several instances of each in one of my scenes. The prefabs consist of a static mesh for the lamp itself, plus a spotlight for the light source.
My question is, would there be any problems with putting these in the _SetGeometry folder and setting them as "Static" and "Ignore Raycast"?
Or perhaps my question is: does the _Lights folder serve any practical purpose other than keeping the scene hierarchy neat and tidy?
Don't think so, but I just thought I would check ...
