[Added] A simple idea: change the text color

I'm coming from the old school Lucasgames, when there wasn't speaker voices but only text. And the text where in different color, depending on who was speaking.

Would be cute if in AC we can change this, so I give green color to the troll, yellow to the chicks and so on for all the NPC.

It's just an idea to make AC more customizable. :-)

I agree, would be a nice touch.  It's already possible to have per-character portrait graphics, so a custom speech colour would be good too.

Is the per-character dialogue color also used for normal text spoken by that character?

I'm using 1.30 and can't get different color text to work for spoken text actions.

The color is per-char normal text, yes.

You have to attach the Npc or player component to your char. Then, under the image portrait, you can choose che color of the text.
