Shift inventory from actionlist or from script?

How do I Shift inventory right or left from an actionlist or from script?

I have made 1 slot inventory as my Diary/Journal and I add up pages as items to it as the game is progressed.
 What I want is to be able to open my diary on the last item/page so I don't need to scroll/ click to the last one every time I open it.
