Feature Request: Default Values for ActionList Parameters

ActionList Parameters are amazing! It would be great if especially for numeric values a default could be specified. The default would then be taken except that a different value was entered in the calling action list.

Concrete example: I have tons of transitions that rely on some timings to make nice camera moves. Most transisitions have the same value except some. But the chance is pretty high I will want to adjust the ones that have the same value later on and it would be great not having to touch every list.

v1.46 will provide a new ActionList: Check parameter value Action.  You'd be able to use that to create a new boolean param called e.g. "Set transition time?".  If it's false, you'd run a separate Camera: Switch Action that uses a fixed transtion time.
