(I say this only as a community member but it's a given that games made with Unity and it's assets can be sold).
As it is a Unity Asset you are bound to adhere to the Unity Asset Store licence for whatever assets you use in your game and the licence terms for whatever version of Unity you use (ie Unity Personal or Unity Professional).
If you are unfamiliar with Unity then you should understand that, as far as I am aware (presently) Adventure Creator is only available for use with Unity. This means you need to use Unity Personal or Pro (personal is free and can still be used to make and sell games within certain limits after which you would need Pro)
