Small images in the inventory box

I'm noticing just now the images in the inventory box before being selected are actually smaller then the original texture size...there is a reason or a fix?

Does changing the import settings of the texture help?  Try changing it to GUI, instead of Texture.  I'm not sure which setting will be best for you, but it's likely in there.
