Talk animation

I have a problems i made a simple 4 frames talk animation. So when the character say something start the animation but it´s longer that the talk. To be clear the character say a simple line like "HI" or "BYE" and the talk animation duration it´s really long that looks funny cose only have to say 2 words.
Any idea to fit better the animation to the words?

You can change the speech display speed in the Speech Manager, but have you seen the tutorials on lip-syncing?
