FPS Not moving on mouse click

I have followed the tutorial regarding setting up a FPS. I have double checked all settings and they are exactly the same. However, I have no movement on left or right mouse click. I can move with the keys and use the mousewheel to zoom, but nothing on the buttons. How can I trouble shoot this. 

I am using unity 4.6 and AC 1.40. Many thanks

    What do you mean by no movement with mouse clicks?  You mean you can't trigger Interactions?  What's your Input method set to?
