A custom script would be necessary, first of all. This page should help.
Hotspots can be made to call scripts, rather than Interactions, when clicked. Just change the Interaction source field in the Inspector to Custom Script. You can then supply a GameObject (with the script attached), and the name of the function to call, for each Interaction.
