NPCs have stopped animating!

I have about 15 people all moving around my world nicely, using AC/Mecanim. Or I did until about an hour ago. I had just finished lightmapping my level and I baked some new occlusion data, everything is fine but now my characters float along and do not animate. Im pretty sure I did nothing else, but even clearing the data, rebaking, loading my save from 20 mins ago does nothing, maybe I already broke it by then, 2 days agos scene looks fine, but it has no light baked (takes 24hrs). So im wondering if I did something accidentially and I dont know what it is, any thoughts!?

Never did work this out, but I copied them from the working project, reassigned them and got around it thank god
