1.40 - Speech [wait] Bug

Hey Chris,

Realize you just finished the mammoth 1.40 update, so totally understandable if you're taking some time off. Just logging this to get it going.

Basically, the new [wait] command interacts strangely when the 'Allow subtitle skipping' and 'End scrolling before skip' options are also enabled.

I've created a demo that illustrates the problem, let me know if you have any questions! I think you'll see exactly what I mean.

Thanks, that's very helpful.  This is actually much more complex than you might think - I won't have a fix out for today's 1.40a, but I will attend to it for 1.41.
