Ignore clicks on transparent areas of menu

Is it possible to ignore user cliks on transparent areas of adventure creator menus.

A side menu ive created with two buttons (top left and bottom left) is stopping clicks on scene items that are under it, and I'm hoping there's a way to do that?

Not for AC menus, no - clicks will be consumed by the Menu over its whole rectangle. If there's a gap in between the buttons, you'd need to split them into separate Menus.
