In my cemetery scene, whenever I click anywhere in the scene tere is a slight pause, as you can see in the video when I click repeatedly.
I have gone through my scene and disabled scene objects, UI objects, but cannot work out what is causing the pausing. There seems to be nothing in my scene thaht is not in other scenes (where this doesn't happen) to cause this.
Any no brainers I am missing here?

Unity's Profiler is always the best first port of call when it comes to debugging stuttering issues.
Is the NavMesh of this scene comparatively complex? Try swithing your Pathfinding method to A Star 2D, which is better at handling complex NavMeshes.
That was it! Changed to A-Star and worked a treat!
