Possible Bug: Clear Parent
It seems that, in an Action List asset, if an object has it's parent set with local position and rotation set, the object's parent cannot be cleared with a Clear Parent action. If the local position and rotation are not set, then the object's parent can be cleared as normal.

These are two individial Actions, separated with other Actions in between?
Can you provide screenshots / steps to recreate?
Ah sorry, it was due to a parameter not being set properly (my error).
