Documents only one at the time

Hello,
I'm using the default document menu.
So far it is working but when I recall the Document menu from the inventory the cycling arrows are disabled. (I have 2 documents). - Probably I'm missing a piece. I'm attaching the link to the screenshots.

The 2 (the single ones) are the ones I use to call the action-list to make the Document Menu via inventory.
The image with the 3 nodes is the action-list of the first time creation of the Document itself.

P.S. Don’t worry about this request - I’ve restructured everything so I can use the single document without the cycle.
