Hello, it seems that deactivating a trigger object from another Trigger's Action List results in an error. Here's a video showing the bug happening in the 3D demo scene :
However I made one wrong claim in the video by saying that triggers couldn't be deleted - they actually can and I should have properly verified that first. One more piece of information, the bug doesn't seem to occur when you manually deactivate a trigger by clicking on the checkbox in the inspector nor through a standard Action List, only through a Trigger's Action List. So this really seems to be about Triggers' own functioning and update cycle.
This bug is not a big issue at the moment since as I explain in the video we can just disable trigger collliders instead, and the objects themselves can be deleted (even from another trigger's Action List by the way). Nonetheless, I'm pretty sure it was possible to do this in previous versions of AC, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be possible at all. Hope this can be taken a look at, thanks.
