Hidded menu element still clickable

Menu source: Unity UI In Scene, menu element: button, when invisible: Disable interactability.
After uncheck IsVisible? in item settings and run Unity, the button in scene becomes highlighted as disabled. Interactable option in button component is unchecked, but the button still run its action list.
