Cutscene problems

I've got two problems with the intro cutscene, may be you can help me to fix:
1. The characters avatar isn't seen. I see it in dialogues before and after (no expressions are used), and I see them when testing a separate scene. But when I play the game from the start-scene I see just empty images in speech clips (though in dialogues everything is ok)
2. When the cutscene is over and the screen fades - the scene must be switched, but before it I see for a bit the actual scene again and the last dialogue of timeline though it was over. I tried to use fade effect in action list after the timeline but that didn't help.

  • As these are both visual problems, it's best to see screenshots to get a handle of the exact situations.

    Is this for a 2D game? Select the characters in the Hiearchy and then zoom in on them in the Scene window. Check if they're being obscured by e.g. the background graphics.

    Share screenshots of the ActionList and Timeline involved. What is the Playable Director component's Wrap Mode set to, and are you fading out instantly in the Action you mentioned?
