I have some characters running in a timeline and in Editor view everything goes correctly. The characters are set in their initial positions by Apply Transform Offsets. Some of the characters do change their position, but some are stuck in their initial positions during runtime - animations otherwise run correctly.
Any ideas?

All of the characters are NPSs and some have Remember Transform.
As the issue is one in motion, the screenshots aren't enough to fully demonstrate the issue.
Does the issue persist if you remove the NPC components? I'm not seeing a direct involvement with AC - if the positions are being updated through root motion / animation, it may be down to the settings of the animations being played.
Turning off the Fix rigidbody when idle? solved the problem.
