Document Menu pausing gameplay (option is disabled)

AC 1.80.1

Noticing that the Document menu is pausing the gameplay even though the option to do so is **disabled ** on the menu options. I've tried toggling it on/off, and also changed my action list to run in background too but the game only pauses when the menu opens and resumes when closed.

Anything else I should look at?

Don't you hate when you spend ages trying to figure something out, then finally ask for help and realise the problem within minutes of posting??

My own stupidity..forgot I had setup an alternative 'documents' menu and didnt uncheck pause on that...i'll see myself out.
