Problem switching the camera

I have a hotspot on one of the NPC characters, and i put the camera switching action, but it does not work at all. I will attach a picture.

Yes, please upload an image of your scene and how the triggers are set up, since I've been working on camera switching all week.

it does trigger every action that i put except camera switching

What is the full error message you're getting in the Console?

Are you using first-person movement? If so, uncheck Run Conversations in first-person? in the Settings Manager's "Interface settings" panel. This option forces the camera system to rely on the first-person camera automatically while a Conversation is active.

Yes i use first-person movement and i uncheckd Run Conversations in first-person so the camera switching it's work now. AC seems to have more features than I imagined, thanks Chris for your help and thanks SpecificImpulse for trying to help I really appreciate this
