Both my Players from Player Switching appearing in one particular scene?

So something odd is happening in only one of my scenes, the scene is creating a prefab of both my Player prefabs that are in my Player Switching settings. I have looked through all settings and scene contents and cannot work out why?

UPDATE: So I created a new scene and pulled all the scenes items into that, and that got rid of the issue!

Update - this still happens if I start in the scene, if I start in the scene before then it is ok. The other player is called in the scene before fyi
