EDIT:
Nevermind. I had it set to move with the rigidbody when I had a character controller on. This is what caused the problem described below. Unchecking this fixes the problem.
ORIGINAL:
I have a game that I am making with direct control. I am using regular game cameras, not third person because I want special camera angles and I don't want the player to be able to rotate. However, I am finding that my character moves sporadically, in the wrong direction, or sometimes just stops altogether.
In my video here, you can see that my character runs up the screen properly, but then once hitting the next camera, movement gets a bit wobbly until it just completely stops. In the bit where she is standing still, I am pressing directional buttons. She is just not moving. Prior to that, I am trying to run towards the yellow door, but end up running into the notice board.

In this video, I am pressing all different directions, yet, my character will continue to run into the wall.
And here is an editor view of the problem in action.

These are my settings for movement:

Is there something I'm overlooking or doing wrong?
