I was wondering if it were possible to disable a specific menu that gets activated when the mouse is over it (i.e. the "appear type" is mouseover).
Might it be possible to enable / disable this behavior through actionlists?

If a Menu is locked, it will not turn on even if it's "Appear type" condition is met.
To lock a Menu by default, check its Start game locked off? property.
To lock/unlock a Menu at runtime, use the Menu: Change state Action.
