Is there any difference if you disable either/both the Moveable and Animator components?
Does this occur if you use the Demo game's TinPot Player (who's equipped with a FirstPersonCamera) or the "Player prefab: First person" package on the Downloads page?
So I just transferred the project from my work computer to my home pc, and the running jump works like it should. I'm guessing the problem might be the rudimentary keyboard I have at work?

In which AC/Unity versions, and is this on flat ground or a slope?
Share a screenshot of your Player's full Inspector and I can attempt a recreation.

Running jump doesn't work on both flat ground or slopes.
Jumping script just checks the grounded status and plays sounds when landing.
I can't recreate such an issue.

Hard to say, but if it the two projects are exact copies it may well be a hardware issue.
