Hover Not Working

I have two buttons in my inventory on either side where I have selected action list to be run on cursor hover to close the inventory, however, this doesn't work, any reason why? It is running teh same action ist that close through another button click close. See screenshots:

Can't see an issue from what you've shared. The Menu closes if you run the ActionList manually?

Enable the Image component to check that the Button is enabled and interactive at runtime.
