Inventory arrows to appear only when needing to scroll
Hi is there a way of having the arrows only appear if:
A - the tight arrow only appears if the current inventory page is full, and
B - the left arrow only appears if the player can scroll back?
C - Scroll by vertical sets of 4 to the right

Check Only show when effective? to only show a "Scroll" button when it can be used.
Increase the Offset amount to have it shift items by more than one at a time.
