Splitting inventory item stacks

Kia ora!
Is anyone aware of a simple way to allow a player to split stacks of items, when multiples are allowed to be carried?
Eg. Player has 15 of item x, selects them and moves them to a different slot. A pop up with a slider appears asking how many of the item they’d like to deposit in the new slot.
They select 5, so 5 go in the new slot, and 10 stay in the old one. Etc.

It should be do-able if the inventory menu's behaviour is controlled with a custom script. What are your current settings in the Settings Manager and Inventory menu?
