I am trying to undertand Sprite Unity Complex and reading the manual:

'' A variant of the 2D Demo’s player, Brain2D_SpritesUnityComplex, uses this
engine - so you can refer to him as a practical example. He can be found in
AdventureCreator/2D Demo/Resources''

but I can't find this 2d Brain.

He should be there. What is in the Resources folder, what's your Unity version, and have you imported the full AC package from the Asset Store?
