It seems that after integrating Rewired, AC is still expecting there to be a 'Menu' entry in the Unity Input Manager. This is despite adding a menu action to Rewired.
The best practice is to rename / remove input manager entries when duplicated in Rewired. Should I be concerned about this?

The "Menu" input is not strictly necessary, but it's used by the default interface's Pause menu.
Keep it defined, but then rely on a separately-named input to turn on your Pause menu if you rely on it.
