AC Status - Showing two conversations. Should it be?

Hello,

I have an action list that initiates a conversation like so:

However with the AC status box active, during play when the conversation is active it lists two conversations:

Is that expected or a bug?

Bug, and recreated, thanks for the details.

I'll remedy it, but it's only an issue with the status box itself - it's still the case that only one Conversation is active.
