GameCamera Third Person Target Problem

I use more than one GameCamera Third Person inside my scene. Setting the target game object for each camera and dealing with their angle is challenging. Is there a more practical solution than setting a target game object for each camera?

Is there a way to position the third person camera without selecting the target object like other cameras?

  • All cameras need a target to guide them how to move. A target is particularly necessary for the third-person camera because it describes what point in the scene it should pivot around.

    What challenge are you specifically having? Do know that the Advanced Third Person Camera may be a better fit, since it is able to visualise the spin and pitch limits that the camera can reach based on the Inspector settings.
