Gather Text has problem with Unity 2019.4
Hi. I recently upgraded the project to Unity 2019.4, with AC1.71.8.
After I used the Gather Text function, the Scene filter selection box is left with only 1 scene. And the text gathered is only from the 1 scene left. Could you please have a look?

I can't recreate such an issue. Was this after upgrading Unity, or AC? What versions of both were you previously using that had no issue?
Are all of your scenes added to Unity's Build Settings?
Turned out I need to compile once after adding the scenes to Build Settings. At least it is the case in Unity2019.4.6f1
