Yes that would also work Xidore
I did manage to make it work by using a fadeinout script attached to the object, and i acess it via triggers and cutscenes (object -send message)
But It would just be cool if AC would have this option built in, becaus…
How about using a 3Dplane with a texture, instead of UI?Would it be easier to make the connection?
mouse over hotspot or player close to hotspot would fade in game object

Thanks for the reply
Unfortunatly is doesnt work on a 3d mesh, If we did have a transparency toggle option for transparent material, we could use the change material (to a transparent one) then fade its opacity on a time frame, to smoth the effect

I sucessfully use the interact function within playmaker

We can compare a integer variable with a value,
but we cannot compare a variable directly against another variable (not even against its replacement token since its looking for an numeric value)
Well its not really about possible examples, even i could give you toons of it.
Its more about speed and intuition
Lets take Playmaker,You recognized that a pipeline bettew AC and PM would be beneficial even if PM its just visual scripting, we could…
Yes, but how can i access/read/modify integer variables via script?
the
GameObject.FindWithTag (Tags.persistentEngine).GetComponent <RuntimeVariables> ().GetVarValue ();
only allows me to read strings or bools
Is there a way around this?
NGUI , Playmaker and Adventure Creator are probably the best assets outside Unity3D main program
It would be great for all of them to work with each other seamlessly
If not be part of Unity3D system
Please a visual tutorial on input manager and aplications would be great,
Because this is a complex subject to implement,
Its not totaly clear how to select a input slot ingame, we dont get confirmation when slot is "writable"
