After install - "Serialized files [version 14] before 2019.1 are deprecated. Open and re-save"
After a hiatus I am starting a fresh project with Unity and AC. I have just installed Unity 6.5 (6000.5.2f1) and AC v1.86.4. After importing AC on a fresh Unity project the console is showing the errors shown in the screenshot (251 of them). Is this to be ignored or is there a fix?

Recreated, thanks for the details.
I believe this is safe to ignore - at least for now. I will look into it and see what can be done to remove it, but I can't find any issues with AC beyond the message itself.
ok cool. So those prefabs truly are deprecated. Good to know.
The prefabs are not deprecated, just Unity's internal metadata for them. They should be fine to continue using.
