CreateNew for ActionCinemachineCamera

Hi Chris

I do lots with hand coded action lists at runtime. I'm my new project I've found that ActionCinemachineCamera doesn't have any CreateNew functions. Any chance you can add one? That way I could create cinemachine actions in my runtime actionlists.
