I have my ConversationUI set up using UnityUI and I have the option to scroll using two buttons (achieved by setting Click Type to "Offset Element Slot") and every time a dialogue option is selected and the game returns to the dialogue options the UI reappears scrolled all the way up to its default state
This is a bit confusing when playing, is there a way to make it so that the Conversation UI "remembers" the scroll position when returning to the conversation?

Unchecking Reset offset when turn on? in the DialogList element ought to do this.
