Hello.
I have a level with areas that player cannot go until right moment. What I did is created a collider and put it as a Hole in Navmesh, so Player couldn’t cross it. When needed I turn the hole off via Action.
The problem is that it still can cross it. Sometimes goes over it, something goes around it. I tried colliders that extends over a mesh, ones that a pixel-close to Navmesh or touch it. Nothing helps. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
I know that there is a way to create two navmeshes and switch between them, but still about colliders.

What does the NavMesh look like with the hole cut out?
If you use a hole to cut off the end of a NavMesh, the results can be a bit finnicky. The most reliable approach is to indeed create a second NavMesh and switch between them. What was the issue with this method?
