Last Item Selected token?
Is there a token for the last inventory item selected, so that I can use it in dialog? For example, instead of saying "I can not use that item here", I'd want to say "I can not use [inventory:last_selected_item] here". If not, maybe a way to move that item's name to a param or global variable to then pass into the dialog?

If your Hotspot's Inventory interaction contains an Inventory Item parameter, you'll have the option to assign it as the used item in its Inspector.
The [paramlabel:X] token can then be used in your Action to display it's name.
