[HELP] Use multiple interaction of same type

edited December 2024 in Technical Q&A

How do I do this? I've made a global variable that sets UseState to 1 after I use the first actionlist, then when I make a 2nd Use interaction and check the variable state to be 1 before doing any actions, it does nothing. Why? The other interactions still work like examine and inventory actions on the target, but the use interaction completely disables. I've checked if the hotspot turns off, but it's still on cus the other actions work. I've checked global variable counter, and it goes up to 1 after the first use, so why doens't it trigger the 2nd use when interacted again?

Also in the first Use interaction, the first action is that it checks the global state to be 0 before running, which works fine. and at the end I set it to 1, which stops the first use action from running, but the 2nd one won't run.

I'm using context sensitive.

  • Nevermind, I've made an awesome custom script that allows for multiple use interactions using context sensitive mode. So, I've fixed it!
