I used the graphic options package, and the screenshot save package, but I noticed two things.
The "save" text in the save slot buttons don't translate. Neither does Autosave. I think they're getting flagged as I see both words appear in the translation list.
Right now I have my time display listed as "none" but I noticed when I change to display a date, or a time, the save name does properly translate. It only remains "Save1" if display time is set to none.
In the graphic options menu, everything translates except the V-sync drop text. I don't see a way to add a custom UI script detector to the options. But, since this was a AC package, I figured there must be a simple solution?
and more broadly speaking, sometimes UI is a prefab object being instantiated, so the gather-text option doesn't flag it because it's not located in any scene.
It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

Small update: I figured out one way, to just create blank labels in AC's menu settings and assigned the text. so that solves the instantiated text problem, at least.
Still no clue how to the drop down vsync text
doesnt fix the save slot name thing though I imagine becauses thats being called from somewhere else.
Once a save has been created, its name is fixed.
However, the "Save", "Autosave" and "Load" labels can be translated for new saves. After running the "Gather text" process, these labels will appear in the Speech Manager under the "Menu Element" category.
Ohh, I understand that would explain what I was seeing! I can live with that.
How about the drop down menu in the v sync options? the one that comes with the graphic options package from the downloads section. I see when the vsync dropdown object is selected, there is an options section that list out the text.

Currently, that is not translated - but you raise a good point. I'll look into this, thanks for raising it.
