  • I'm afraid all I can glean from the logs is that the animation names "idle" etc in Grace's Player component do not match those in the Animator (i.e. "idle_D"), which was also the case with the files you sent me.

    I appreciate this issue is frustrating for you, but please double-check the following:

    • Both Will and Grace's prefabs each have "Idle", "Walk" etc in their Player Inspectors, and not "idle"/ "walk" etc
    • Both Will and Grace's Animators have states named "Idle_D", "Idle_R", "Walk_L" etc, and not "idle_D", "idle_R", "walk_R"
    • You are not using any local Player objects in the scene

    If these are all the case, PM me the files once more.

  • Hi, here is my update.
    1) i noticed that the Player in scene can have different settings from the prefab in directory! For example, clicking on Grace player in the Scene list i had capital letters (Idle, Walk etc), clicking in the prefab in directory not. Also rigid body was present. Removing it again seems to fix at least the collision issue BUT... consider that this issue happens only with Grace and only if player switching is ON. Avoid Characters is disabled, so it seems that other players then first ignore this setting and i think it's not intended.
    2) Animation still not work for me. Now movement name are identical. If i switch off the setting, starts working again. I tried to make again Animator and all animations inside, but never worked.

  • Ok i just solved! Here is what i did. If i click on Grace sprite in my scene, an animator controller is correctly assigned. If i select it in Prefab view, it wasn't!
