Hey,
What is the best way (or action list) to make a punctuation mark (or any image) appear above the player character's head?

    I'm not sure if this is the best way or most efficient, but it works for me. I just created a simple menu and element. Then turned it on/off when the player entered/exited a hotspot. Hope this helps.
